AN INTERNATIONAL QUEST
Filmmaker Jen Sachs is hooked by a few lines about Sophie Blanchard, the world's first professional female pilot at the turn-of-the-nineteenth-century, but her search for more information opens up a rabbit hole of inaccuracy and erasures. Jen embarks on a journey across the world and through time to restore this lost trailblazer to history. It is an animated voyage of discovery in which past, present, and future depend upon the hand that holds the pen.
